Anti-Virus. Vendor shall maintain industry standard methods for defense against malware/trojan/virus infection. Vendor shall maintain a program of anti-malware/anti-virus updates to keep Vendor desktops free of infection. Vendor shall at regular intervals desktop execute scans and/or desktop image refresh actions to ensure workstation integrity and minimize the likelihood of infection.
Anti-Virus. Each party shall use commercially reasonable endeavors to use antivirus software protection reasonably designed to prevent the Services from being infected with any virus, worm, trojan or other malware or malicious code. S&P’s inclusion of Logins in the Services in accordance with Section 6.1 above does not constitute a malware or malicious code.
Anti-Virus. 12.1 Company employs third party anti-virus appliances to protect servers from viruses. Although all reasonable care is taken by Company with the aim of ensuring that the anti-virus solution is effective, Company makes no warranty as to the effectiveness of its third party anti-virus appliances and excludes any loss or damage caused by a virus which infects any electronic device, computer, PC, server or network owned or used by Customer. For End Users who operate laptops owned by Customer additional anti-virus clients will be installed at the guest OS level.
Anti-Virus. 17.4.1 All of Bambora’s servers are equipped with an updated anti-virus program. The Merchant should secure its computers with updated anti-virus software. If Bambora on several occasions receives viruses or similar from the Merchant, Bambora may interrupt the connection to the Merchant and also require that the Merchant installs and updates an anti-virus program.
Anti-Virus. 5.1. All systems supporting Census must either be hardened to the extent that no unapproved code may run on the device or must have operating system level antivirus installed and, where appropriate, specialist application anti-virus.
5.2. Updates
5.2.1. Desirable: Auto-update on push from the vendor or polling on an hourly basis (as applicable to the AV solution selected.)
5.2.2. Minimum (Internet Connected environment): Auto-update polling on a daily basis (as applicable to the AV solution selected.)
5.2.3. Minimum (Isolated environment): Update on a weekly basis. 5.3. Reporting
Anti-Virus. All Windows-based workstations and servers must be configured with updated anti-virus software. User must never attempt to disable anti-virus software.
Anti-Virus. As far as possible the most recent version of Anti-virus software will be loaded on all computers. Anti-virus software shall not be negated or by-passed. On the detection of a virus or the suspicion of a viral infection the user must inform the Deputy Principal - Curriculum & Technology and the ICT Manager.
Anti-Virus. Customer is responsible for providing vendor-supported versions of anti-virus software from McAfee and Symantec which will fall under CCMS for monitoring and management. Any other anti-virus software will not be supported by Verizon. Verizon must have access to such anti-virus software as required to perform management operations. Customer is responsible for notifying Verizon via a change request when a software patch is to be applied.
Anti-Virus. Included in this Agreement are basic requirements for Client antivirus protection- paid for by the customer, managed and supported by Xxxxxx.
Anti-Virus. Licensor represents and warrants that the Licensed Technology and associated media contain no computer instructions designed to (a) disrupt, damage or interfere with use of computer or telecommunications equipment or facilities, or (b) disrupt or corrupt the use, operation or results of any computer program.
