Common use of Delivery & Access Clause in Contracts

Delivery & Access. 2.1 The Licensor will provide the Licensed Materials to the Licensee and to the Participating Institutions in the following manner: Network Access. The Licensed Materials will be stored at one or more of the Licensor’s locations in digital form accessible by telecommunication links between such locations and authorized locations of the Licensee and the Participating Institutions.
