Delivery Agents. 9.1 Delivery Agents will be responsible for the delivery of the Proposed Schemes contained in the Programme. At present this role would fall to the Highways Agency for those Proposed Schemes that are part of the Strategic Road Network, also defined as DfT Projects, and to the Highways & Transportation Directorate of Kent County Council for those schemes that are part of the Local Road Network.
Delivery Agents. The definition of DELIVERY AGENTS shall be amended with effect from the EFFECTIVE DATE to delete the words “[***]” and to replace them with the words ‘[***]’.

The role will fall to Highways Agency for those Proposed Schemes that are part of the Strategic Road Network and Kent Highway Services for those schemes that are part of the Local Road Network. 9 Accountable Body Kent has agreed to act as the Accountable Body for the Programme. In this role it will enter into the necessary funding agreements to secure funding for the Programme. It will administer the Programme Investment Fund and use its borrowing and investment powers as required to ensure that the Programme Investment Fund meets the requirements for the delivery of the Programme. Provide admin support for programme manager.
