Delivery and Freight Costs. All transportation charges upon the Equipment for delivery to Xxxxxx's designated Location of Installation shall be paid by Lessee. All rigging, drayage charges, structural alterations, rental of heavy equipment and/or other expense necessary to place the Equipment at the Location of Installation are to be promptly paid by Xxxxxx. Lessee shall accept delivery of the Equipment and allow the Equipment to be installed within five (5) days after delivery.
