Delivery and Receipt. 19.1.1 Any communications to be made under or in connection with the Finance Documents shall be made in writing, may be made by letter or facsimile and shall be deemed to be given as follows: (a) if by way of letter, when it has been left at the relevant address or two Business Days after being deposited in the post with postage prepaid in an envelope addressed to it at that address; and (b) if by facsimile, when received in legible form, save that any notice delivered or received on a non-Business Day or after business hours shall be deemed to be given on the next Business Day at the place of delivery or receipt. 19.1.2 Any communication or document made or delivered to the Company in accordance with this Clause will be deemed to have been made or delivered to each of the Obligors.
