Delivery and Retention of Sales Drafts. You will deliver a complete and legible copy of the Sales Draft or Credit Receipt or receipt, to the extent required by the Operating Regulations or Law, to the Cardholder at the time of the transaction. You will retain the “merchant copy” of the Sales Draft or credit memorandum in a secure and limited access area for the periods set forth in the Operating Regulations for the applicable Card Network.
