Common use of DELIVERY AND RETURN OF EQUIPMENT Clause in Contracts

DELIVERY AND RETURN OF EQUIPMENT. Lessee assumes the full expense of transportation and in-transit insurance to Lessee's premises and for installation of the Equipment. Upon expiration or termination of each Schedule, Lessee will, at Lessor's instructions and at Lessee's expense (including transportation and in-transit insurance), have the Equipment deinstalled, audited by the manufacturer, packed and shipped in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and returned to Lessor in the same operating order, repair and appearance as when installed (ordinary wear and tear excluded), to a location within the continental United States as directed by Lessor. All items returned to Lessor in addition to the Equipment become property of Lessor.
