Delivery Cost. All prices provided shall be F.O.B. Destination; freight prepaid by the Contractor, except in the delivery of Emergency orders where expedited delivery is required. Responsibility and liability for loss or damage for all orders shall remain with the Contractor until final Customer inspection and acceptance, when all responsibility shall pass to the ordering PSE, except the responsibility for latent defects, fraud, and the Contractor’s warranty obligations.
