DELIVERY DATES OF PRODUCTS. 3.1. The LCoS Sets to be incorporated into such trial Fitted LGE Light Engines shall be delivered by SpatiaLight to LGE in October 2004 and shall be in addition to the Qualification Sets and Pre-Production Sets. The purchase price for each trial Fitted LGE Light Engine shall be determined by the parties at a later date; provided, however, that such purchase price shall not exceed $3,000 (not including the cost of the LCoS Sets).
