Delivery Documentation. The Supplier will provide detailed delivery dockets with every delivery, in duplicate. One delivery docket is to be packed with the Goods, the other is to be enclosed and attached to the outside of the consignment. Each delivery docket must contain as a minimum, the following information: the Principal’s Purchase Order number (if any); description and quantity of Goods; and details of any items on back order.
