Delivery Errors and Nonconformities; Product Recalls. You are responsible for any non-delivery, misdelivery, theft or other mistake or act in connection with the fulfillment and delivery of your goods or services, except to the extent caused by (a) Card fraud for which we are responsible under Section B6, or (b) our failure to make available to you transaction information as it was received by us. You are also responsible for any non-conformity or defect in, or any public or private recall of, any of your goods or services. You will notify us promptly as soon as you have knowledge of any public or private recalls of your goods or services.
