Delivery – General. The Partnership shall, on or within 30 days following a Vesting Date, deliver (or cause delivery to be made) to the Participant the Common Units underlying the DRUs that vest and become Vested DRUs on such Vesting Date. The general vesting and delivery terms with respect to the DRUs are set forth in the table below.
