DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING. 8.1 The delivery of all the items ordered shall be accepted in the premises of HIGH COURT at ALLAHABAD and its Bench at Lucknow. SELLER shall arrange to transport the items to the respective sites of delivery and installation at the risk and cost of SELLER.
