Delivery of a Utilisation Request for Bank Guarantees. A Borrower may request a Bank Guarantee or the renewal of an existing Bank Guarantee by delivery to the Facility Agent of a duly completed Utilisation Request in the form of Part IB of Schedule 3 (Utilisation Request Bank Guarantees) not later than the Specified Time.
Delivery of a Utilisation Request for Bank Guarantees. The Borrower (or the Parent on its behalf) may request a Bank Guarantee to be issued by delivery to the Agent of a duly completed Utilisation Request not later than the Specified Time.
Delivery of a Utilisation Request for Bank Guarantees. (a) The Borrower may request a Bank Guarantee to be issued by delivery to the Agent of a duly completed Utilisation Request in the form of Part II of Schedule 3 (Requests) not later than the Specified Time (or such later time as the Agent (acting on the instructions of all the Facility C Lenders) may agree).
(b) The Borrower shall deliver Utilisation Requests so that:
(i) each Facility C Lender will be required to issue a Bank Guarantee;
(ii) Bank Guarantees are issued on a pro rata basis between the Facility C Lenders; and
(iii) all Bank Guarantees are issued on the same Utilisation Date.
Delivery of a Utilisation Request for Bank Guarantees. (a) The Borrower may request a Bank Guarantee to be issued by delivery to the Agent of a duly completed Utilisation Request in the form of Part II of Schedule 3 (Requests) not later than the Specified Time (or such later time as the Agent (acting on the instructions of all the Lenders) may agree).
(b) The Borrower shall deliver Utilisation Requests so that:
(i) each Lender will be required to issue a Bank Guarantee;
(ii) Bank Guarantees are issued on a pro rata basis between the Lenders having Facility C Commitments; and
(iii) all Bank Guarantees are issued, on the same Utilisation Dates.
Delivery of a Utilisation Request for Bank Guarantees. Upon, and subject to, prior written confirmation by a Lender that it is prepared to become an Issuing Bank, taking into account its respective Available Commitment at that point in time, the Borrower may request a Bank Guarantee to be issued by delivery to that Lender, with a copy to the Agent, a duly completed Utilisation Request not later than the Specified Time.
Delivery of a Utilisation Request for Bank Guarantees. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Borrower may utilise the Guarantee Facility by way of requesting the issuance of a Bank Guarantee at any time during the relevant Availability Period by delivery to the Agent of a duly completed Utilisation Request substantially in the form of Part C of Schedule 3 (Utilisation Request for Bank Guarantees) not later than the Specified Time.
