Delivery of a Utilisation Request. The Borrower may utilise a Facility by delivery to the Agent of a duly completed Utilisation Request not later than 10:00 a.m. on the day falling 3 Business Days before the proposed Utilisation Date (or, in relation to the first Utilisation Request, not later than 10:00 a.m. on the day falling 2 Business Days before the proposed Utilisation Date).
