Common use of Delivery of Addenda Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Addenda. Each initial Lender (other than JPMorgan Chase Bank, The Bank of New York, Citibank, N.A., Union Bank of California, N.A. and Wachovia Bank, National Association) shall become a party to this Agreement by delivering to the Administrative Agent an Addendum duly executed by such Lender.
