Delivery of AstraZeneca Know-How. At no cost to Xxxxxxxxx, for so long as the Development Plan remains in effect, from time to time and otherwise upon Xxxxxxxxx’x request, AstraZeneca shall transfer to Xxxxxxxxx true and complete copies of all AstraZeneca Know-How (in electronic or hard copy format), together with all information or assistance reasonably requested by Xxxxxxxxx with respect to understanding and using such AstraZeneca Know-How.
