Delivery of Company Property. Executive recognizes that all documents, magnetic media and other tangible items which contain Confidential Information are the property of Company exclusively. Upon request by Company or termination of Executive’s employment with Company, Executive shall promptly return to Company all Confidential Information and Company Property within Executive’s possession and control, and shall refrain from taking any Confidential Information or Company Property or allowing any Confidential Information or Company Property to be taken from Company; and immediately return to Company all information pertaining to Company or Company Property in Executive’s possession.
Delivery of Company Property. Awardee recognizes and agrees that all documents, magnetic media, computer disks, desktop and laptop computers and other tangible items that were provided by the Cardinal Group and/or that contain Confidential Information, Trade Secrets or Other Business Sensitive Information as defined above are the sole and exclusive property of the Cardinal Group. Upon request by the Cardinal Group, Awardee shall promptly and immediately return to the Cardinal Group all such documents, media, disks, desktop and laptop computers and other tangible items. Upon the Termination of Employment with the Cardinal Group, Awardee shall promptly and immediately return to the Cardinal Group any and all such documents, media, disks, desktop and laptop computers or other tangible items, without request by the Cardinal Group. Awardee shall not take any such information or make/retain copies of such information for any purpose whatsoever except as is necessary for the reasonable performance of Awardee’s duties while employed by the Cardinal Group.

Upon the termination of the Employee's employment with the Company for any reason, the Employee will deliver to the Company all property of the Company in the possession or control of the Employee, including but without limitation, all Confidential Information (as defined in the CIA), security passes, keys and other property belonging to the Company or developed in connection with the business of the Company.

Upon the termination of the Consultant’s engagement with the Company for any reason, the Executive will deliver to the Company all property of the Company in the possession or control of the Consultant and/or the Executive, including but without limitation, all Confidential Information, security passes, keys and other property belonging to the Company or developed in connection with the business of the Company.

At Closing, Seller agrees to promptly deliver to the Company the Business Assets as well as all customer lists, customer account records, business plans, training and operation materials and memoranda, personnel records, pricing information, financial information concerning or relating solely to the Business (whether printed or in electronic or digital form).

Within 30 business days following the date of this Agreement, Lannxxx xxxees to deliver to Company an index or catalog of all Company documents and property in his possession; upon request, Lannxxx xxxees to deliver to the Company all or specified portions of such documents and property, provided, that Lannxxx xxxll be entitled to retain copies thereof (which copies shall be at the Company's expense). Lannxxx xxxther agrees to use his best efforts to obtain and deliver to the Company, within 60 days following the date hereof, all Company property in the possession of Therapeutic Peptides, Inc. or its officers and employees.
Delivery of Company Property. Upon termination of this Agreement, or at any time Company so requests, Consultant shall deliver immediately to Company all property belonging to Company, whether given to Consultant by Company or prepared by Consultant in the course of rendering the Services, including all Creations then in progress and all material in Consultant’s possession containing Proprietary Information and any copies thereof, whether prepared by Consultant or others. Following termination, Consultant shall not retain any written or other tangible (including machine-readable) material containing any Proprietary Information.
