Delivery of Drawdown Request. The Borrower may from time to time request the making of an Advance by delivery to the Agent of a duly completed Drawdown Request in form and substance as set out in Schedule 1 (Drawdown Request) not later than 11:00 a.m. on the fifth (5th) Business Day before the Drawdown Date proposed in the Drawdown Request.
