Delivery of Executed Loan Documents. Borrower and the Required Lenders shall have delivered to the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of, and for delivery to, the Administrative Agent and the Syndication Parties, this Fourth Amendment (or their approval thereof, in the case of Voting Participants), duly executed.

Delivery of Executed Loan Documents. The Administrative Agent shall have received originals of this Second Amendment duly executed by Borrower and all other parties hereto.
Delivery of Executed Loan Documents. Borrower and the Lenders shall have delivered to the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of, and for delivery to, the Administrative Agent and the Syndication Parties, this Third Amendment (or their approval thereof, in the case of Voting Participants), duly executed.

Borrower, the Required Lenders, and any Syndication Party whose Individual 364-Day Commitment is being increased by this Amendment shall have delivered to the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of, and for delivery to, the Administrative Agent and the Syndication Parties, this Second Amendment (or their approval thereof, in the case of Voting Participants), duly executed.
Delivery of Executed Loan Documents. Lender shall have received this Third Supplement, which may be in counterparts, executed by Borrower and Lender. In addition, all other documents referred to in paragraph A.2. above must be executed by Borrower or Xxxxxxx or Delta-T.
Delivery of Executed Loan Documents. Lender shall have received this Fourth Supplement, which may be in counterparts, executed by Borrower and Lender.
Delivery of Executed Loan Documents. Lender shall have received this Fifth Supplement, which may be in counterparts, executed by Borrower and Lender together with the EPC Collateral Assignment Agreement in a form acceptable to the Lender and executed by Borrower and Delta-T.
Delivery of Executed Loan Documents. (a) Borrower, Lenders and Voting Participants shall have delivered to Administrative Agent this Fifth Amendment (or their approval thereof, in the case of Voting Participants), duly executed, and (b) if applicable, Borrower shall have delivered to the Administrative Agent duly executed replacement copies of the Notes.
