Common use of Delivery of Information Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Information. The Administrative Agent shall not be required to deliver to any Lender originals or copies of any documents, instruments, notices, communications or other information received by the Administrative Agent from any Loan Party, any Subsidiary, the Required Lenders, any Lender or any other Person under or in connection with this Agreement or any other Loan Document except (i) as specifically provided in this Agreement or any other Loan Document and (ii) subject to all confidentiality provisions and other obligations of the Lenders under the Loan Documents, as specifically requested from time to time in writing by any Lender with respect to a specific document, instrument, notice or other written communication received by and in the possession of the Administrative Agent at the time of receipt of such request and then only in accordance with such specific request.

Delivery of Information. The Administrative Agent shall not be required to deliver to any Lender originals or copies of any documents, instruments, notices, communications or other information received by the Administrative Agent from any Loan Partythe Borrower, any SubsidiarySubsidiary of the Borrower, the Required Lenders, any Lender or any other Person under or in connection with this Agreement or any other Loan Credit Document except (i) as specifically provided in this Agreement or any other Loan Document and Credit Document, (ii) subject the information provided to all confidentiality provisions the Administrative Agent by the Borrower under Section 8.01 and other obligations of the Lenders under the Loan Documents, (iii) as specifically requested from time to time in writing by any Lender with respect to a specific document, instrument, notice or other written communication received by and in the possession of the Administrative Agent at the time of receipt of such request and then only in accordance with such specific request.

Delivery of Information. The None of the Administrative Agent Agents shall not be required to deliver to any Lender originals or copies of any documents, instruments, notices, communications or other information received by any of the Administrative Agent Agents from any Loan Party, any Subsidiary, the Required Lenders, any Lender or any other Person person under or in connection with this Agreement or any other Loan Document except (i) as specifically provided in this Agreement or any other Loan Document and (ii) subject to all confidentiality provisions and other obligations of the Lenders under the Loan Documents, as specifically requested from time to time in writing by any Lender with respect to a specific document, instrument, notice or other written communication received by and in the possession of any of the Administrative Agent Agents at the time of receipt of such request and then only in accordance with such specific request.

The Administrative Agent shall not be required to deliver to any Lender or any Issuing Bank originals or copies of any documents, instruments, notices, communications or other information received by the Administrative Agent from any Loan Partythe Borrower, any SubsidiarySubsidiary of the Borrower, the Required Majority Lenders, any Lender Lender, any Issuing Bank or any other Person under or in connection with this Agreement or any other Loan Credit Document except (ia) as specifically provided in this Agreement or any other Loan Credit Document and (iib) subject to all confidentiality provisions and other obligations of the Lenders under the Loan Documents, as specifically requested from time to time in writing by any Lender Lender, or any Issuing Bank with respect to a specific document, instrument, notice or other written communication received by and in the possession of the Administrative Agent at the time of receipt of such request and then only in accordance with such specific request.

The Administrative Agent and Co-Collateral Agents shall not be required to deliver to any Lender originals or copies of any documents, instruments, notices, communications or other information received by the Administrative Agent or Co-Collateral Agents from any Loan Credit Party or any Subsidiary of such Credit Party, any Subsidiary, the Required Requisite Lenders, any Lender or any other Person under or in connection with this Agreement or any other Loan Credit Document except (i) as specifically provided in this Agreement or any other Loan Credit Document and (ii) subject to all confidentiality provisions and other obligations of the Lenders under the Loan Documents, as specifically requested from time to time in writing by any Lender with respect to a specific document, instrument, notice or other written communication received by and in the possession of the Administrative Agent or Co-Collateral Agent at the time of receipt of such request and then only in accordance with such specific request.
