Common use of Delivery of Know-How Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Know-How. Within five (5) days after the Effective Date, -------------------- Scios shall deliver to GenVec the biological materials listed on Exhibit B hereto and the sequence and genetic map of the VEGF 121 cDNA. Within forty-five (45) days after the Effective Date, knowledgeable representatives of the parties shall meet to discuss the existing Know-How and shall agree on which Know-How Scios shall deliver to GenVec, and the schedule of delivery and form thereof. At least semi-annually during the term of the Agreement, Scios shall provide to GenVec all Know-How developed or generated during the preceding six (6) month period.
