Delivery of New Bond Certificates. (a) If a Bond Certificate is requested by a Bondholder to be issued, each new Bond Certificate to be issued upon a transfer or exchange of Bonds shall, within five Business Days of receipt by the Registrar of an executed Transfer Certificate duly completed and signed, be made available for collection at the Registrar’s Office or, if so requested in the Transfer Certificate, be mailed by uninsured mail at the risk of the holder entitled to the Bonds (but free of charge to the holder) to the address specified in the Transfer Certificate.

All Trust Certificates shall be dated the date of their authentication. Upon issuance, authentication and delivery pursuant to the terms hereof, the Trust Certificates will be entitled to the benefits of this Agreement. Whenever, in any Basic Document, a reference is made to authentication by the Owner Trustee, such reference shall include authentication by the Owner Trustee and/or authentication by a party appointed to act as the Authenticating Agent of the Owner Trustee.
