Common use of Delivery of Offering Materials Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Offering Materials. Presidio hereby agrees on behalf of the Partnerships and their general partners that, for purposes of compliance by Olympia (and any affiliates who are co-bidders in the Offers) with Rule 14d-3(a)(2) and (b) of the Rules, Olympia may hand deliver a copy of its Schedule 14D-1's together with all exhibits thereto and any amendments thereto to the Partnerships c/o Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Esq., Proskauer Rose, LLP, 0000 Xxxxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000 and shall send a copy of such materials to the Partnerships at their principal executive offices for delivery on the next business day.
