Common use of Delivery of Payments Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Payments. All payments due to Lender under this Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents are to be paid in immediately available funds to Lender at Lender’s office located at 000 Xxxxxx Xxxx, P.O. Box 809, Horsham, Pennsylvania 19044, Attn: Servicing - Accounting Manager, or at such other place as Lender may designate to Borrower in writing from time to time. All amounts due under this Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents shall be paid without setoff, counterclaim or any other deduction whatsoever.
