Common use of Delivery of Payments Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Payments. The Seller agrees to deliver in kind upon receipt to the Servicer under the Sale and Servicing Agreement (if other than the Seller) all payments received by the Seller in respect of the Receivables as soon as practicable after receipt thereof by the Seller from and after the appointment of the Servicer as Servicer under the Sale and Servicing Agreement with respect to the Toyota Auto Receivables 2015-B Owner Trust. (c)

Delivery of Payments. The Seller agrees to deliver in kind upon receipt to the Servicer under the Sale [Pooling and Servicing Agreement Agreement][Sale and Servicing Agreement] (if other than the Seller) all payments received by the Seller in respect of the Receivables as soon as practicable after receipt thereof by the Seller Seller, from and after the appointment of the Servicer as Servicer under the Sale [Pooling and Servicing Agreement Agreement][Sale and Servicing Agreement] with respect to the Toyota Auto Receivables 2015-B Owner 200_-_ [Grantor][Owner] Trust. (c).
