Common use of Delivery of Personal Property Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Personal Property. The University will not accept personal property delivered to the Residence Complex prior to your arrival or after your departure. Residents are required to make arrangements to have all personal property held in storage off campus until you have checked into your Accommodation. The University does not accept any responsibility for personal property delivered to the Front Desk or left in Residence Complex areas. Residence Services will not accept items to be held for pick-up by third party vendors. This includes outgoing courier deliveries, meal and food container returns et cetera. Students are required to coordinate all outgoing goods directly with the vendor.
