You agree to abide by all federal, provincial and local government laws, regulations and bylaws and all University rules, regulations, policies and procedures as issued, amended, supplemented or replaced from time to time, including those of Residence Services (see Schedule D) and the University’s policies concerning non‐academic misconduct of students. To the extent that there is any discrepancy between matters dealt with both in this Contract and any other publication of Residence Services, the provisions of this Contract shall prevail.
