Delivery of Progress Reports. The Research Institution shall provide ULM with written progress reports in respect of the Study within 30 days of the end of each consecutive six-month period during the period beginning on the day of Data delivery to the Recipient and continuing until the project is finished. Each progress report shall provide a reasonably detailed description of the status and progress (including a reasonably detailed analysis of milestones achieved or not achieved) of the Study for the six-month period covered by such progress report. The Research Institution hereby acknowledges and agrees that ULM shall have the right provide a copy of each progress report received from the Research Institution to CHDI.
