Related to Delivery of Purchaser Deliverables

Purchaser Deliverables Such Purchaser shall have delivered its Purchaser Deliverables in accordance with Section 2.2(b).
Purchaser Deliveries At the Closing, Purchaser shall deliver to Seller:
Buyer Deliveries At the Closing the Buyer shall deliver to the Company the Purchase Price.
Delivery of Purchased Assets The Seller shall have delivered possession of the Purchased Assets to the Purchaser, and shall have made all intangible Purchased Assets available to the Purchaser.
Purchasers Deliverables Such Purchaser shall have delivered its Purchaser Deliverables in accordance with Section 2.2(b).
