Delivery of Records If the Global Agent resigns or its appointment is terminated, it shall, on the date on which the resignation or termination takes effect, forward to any new agent any amount held by it for payment in respect of the Notes and deliver to such new agent the records kept by it and all Notes and other records necessary for the administration of and performance of its duties with respect to the Notes held by it pursuant to this Agreement; provided, however, that the Global Agent may retain a copy of such records in order to comply with any applicable law, rule or regulation or its own document retention policies.
Delivery of Related Documents For each Schedule, Lessee will provide the following documents and information satisfactory to Lessor: (a) Certificate of Acceptance; (b) Opinion of Counsel; (c) proof of self-insurance acceptable to Lessor; (d) Financial Statements; (e) Incumbency Certificate; and (f) Other documents as reasonably required by Lessor.
Delivery of replacements Subject to receipt of sufficient Temporary Global Notes, Permanent Global Notes, Definitive Notes, Coupons, Global Registered Notes and Individual Note Certificates in accordance with Clause 4.9 (Duties of Fiscal Agent, Registrar and Replacement Agent), the Replacement Agent shall, upon and in accordance with the instructions (which instructions may, without limitation, include terms as to the payment of expenses and as to evidence, security and indemnity) of the Issuer but not otherwise, authenticate (if necessary) and deliver a Temporary Global Note, Permanent Global Note, Definitive Note, Coupon, Global Registered Note or Individual Note Certificate as the case may be, as a replacement for any of the same which has been mutilated or defaced or which has or has been alleged to have been destroyed, stolen or lost provided, however, that:
No Transmission Delivery Service The execution of this Agreement does not constitute a request for, nor agreement to provide, any Transmission Service under the NYISO OATT, and does not convey any right to deliver electricity to any specific customer or Point of Delivery. If Developer wishes to obtain Transmission Service on the New York State Transmission System, then Developer must request such Transmission Service in accordance with the provisions of the NYISO OATT.

Delivery of Service 8.1 The LICENSEE shall commission the Applicable Systems within one year from the effective date of the Licence. The date of Test Certificate issued by Telecom Engineering Centre of DOT will be reckoned as the date of commissioning the service for the purpose of calculating liquidated damage charges in terms of Condition 35 Part V. However, the LICENSEE may start providing service to customers at any time without the need of specific approval of the Licensor.
Delivery of Instruments Xxxxxx Xxx shall furnish to each Holder, upon request, copies of this Trust Agreement, without attachments, applicable to the Certificate(s) held by such Holder.
Clearing of Record Any letter of reprimand, suspension or any other sanction will be removed from the record of an employee eighteen (18) months following the receipt of such letter, suspension or other sanction provided that such employee’s record has been discipline free for one year. All leaves of absence in excess of ten (10) calendar days will not count toward either of the above periods.
Delivery of Equipment (a) We will try to deliver Equipment to you on the delivery date (Delivery Date) and at the address (Site) indicated on your Application during normal business hours in that area.
Construction Clearing All timber is designated for cutting that is within the clearing limits of roads constructed hereunder or is in other authorized clearings. All dead or unstable live trees are designated for cutting that are sufficiently tall to reach Purchaser’s landings or the roadbed of Specified and Temporary Roads when Marked in advance of felling of timber in the immediate vicinity. Pieces meeting Utilization Standards from such dead or unstable live trees shall be removed, unless there is agreement that to do so could damage the road. Such designation may be revised as part of agreed changes in road location under B5.2.
