Delivery of Residential Leases and Other Agreements. On the last day of the Term or upon any earlier termination of the Lease, or upon a re-entry by Landlord upon the Premises pursuant to Article 24 hereof, Tenant shall deliver to Landlord Tenant’s executed counterparts of all Residential Leases and any service and maintenance contracts then affecting the Premises, true and complete maintenance records for the Premises, all original licenses and permits then pertaining to the Premises, permanent or temporary Certificates of Occupancy then in effect for each of the Project, and all warranties and guarantees then in effect which Tenant has received in connection with any work or services performed or Fixtures installed in the Project, together with a duly executed assignment thereof to Landlord and all records required by Section 26.06.

Delivery of Residential Leases and Other Agreements. On the last day of the Term or upon any earlier termination of the Lease, or upon a re-entry by the FCRHA upon the Premises pursuant to Article 24 hereof, Tenant shall deliver to the FCRHA Tenant’s executed counterparts of all Residential Leases and any service and maintenance contracts then affecting the Premises, true and complete maintenance records for the Premises, all original licenses, consents, authorizations, certificates, approvals and permits then pertaining to the Premises, permanent or temporary Certificates of Occupancy then in effect for the Project, and all warranties and guarantees then in effect which Tenant has received in connection with any work or services performed or Fixtures installed in the Project, together with a duly executed assignment thereof to the FCRHA and all records required by Section 26.08.

Related to Delivery of Residential Leases and Other Agreements

  • Assignment and other dealings (a) The Supplier may at any time assign, mortgage, charge, subcontract, delegate, declare a trust over or deal in any other manner with any or all of its rights and obligations under the Contract.

  • VERIFICATION OF LICENSES, CREDENTIALS AND OTHER DOCUMENTS CONTRACTOR shall submit to LEA a staff list, and copies of all current licenses, credentials, certifications, permits and/or other documents which entitle the holder to provide special education and/or related services by individuals employed, contracted, and/or otherwise hired or sub-contracted by CONTRACTOR. CONTRACTOR shall ensure that all licenses, credentials, permits or other documents are on file at the office of the County Superintendent of Schools. CONTRACTOR shall provide the LEA with the verified dates of fingerprint clearance, Department of Justice clearance and Tuberculosis Test clearance for all employees, approved subcontractors and/or volunteers prior to such individuals starting to work with any student. CONTRACTOR shall monitor the status of licenses, credentials, certifications, permits and/or other documents for all individuals employed, contracted, and/or otherwise hired by CONTRACTOR. CONTRACTOR shall notify LEA and CDE in writing within forty-five (45) days when personnel changes occur which may affect the provision of special education and/or related services to LEA students. CONTRACTOR shall notify LEA within forty-five (45) days if any such licenses, certifications or waivers are expired, suspended, revoked, rescinded, challenged pursuant to an administrative or legal complaint or lawsuit, or otherwise nullified during the effective period of this Master Contract. The LEA shall not be obligated to pay for any services provided by a person whose such licenses, certifications or waivers are expired, suspended, revoked, rescinded, or otherwise nullified during the period which such person is providing services under this Master Contract. Failure to notify the LEA and CDE of any changes in credentialing/licensed staff may result in suspension or revocation of CDE certification and/or suspension or termination of this Master Contract by the LEA.

  • – SUBMISSION OF REPORTS AND OTHER DOCUMENTS Service Provider shall submit all reports and other documents as and when specified in the Scope of Work. This information shall be subject to review by the City, and if found to be unacceptable, Service Provider shall correct and deliver to the City any deficient Work at Service Provider’s expense with all practical dispatch. Service Provider shall abide by the City’s determinations concerning acceptability of Work.

  • Award of Construction Contract and Other Future Contracts 6.2.1 A-E is hereby informed that provisions of the Public Contract Code, the Political Reform Act of 1974, other statutes, regulations, and COUNTY policy prohibit, as an impermissible conflict of interest, the award of a contract for the construction of the project(s) on which A-E performed architectural-engineering services under this A-E CONTRACT. A-E is hereby informed that these statutes and regulations could also prohibit the award to A-E of design or other contracts on future phases related to tasks performed by A-E under this CONTRACT. This prohibition applies also to a subcontractor of or parent company of the firm that performed architectural-engineering tasks under this CONTRACT.

  • Relation to Other Agreements 1. The Parties reaffirm their rights and obligations under the WTO Agreement or any other agreements to which both Parties are parties.

  • Relationship to Other Agreements You agree that when you use Mobile Banking, you will remain subject to the terms and conditions of all your existing agreements with us or any service providers of yours; including service carrier or provider and that this Agreement does not amend or supersede any of those agreements. You understand that those agreements may provide for fees, limitations and restrictions which might impact your use of Mobile Banking (for example, your mobile service carrier or provider may impose data usage or text message charges for your use of or interaction with Mobile Banking, including while downloading the Software, receiving or sending Mobile Banking text messages, or other use of your Wireless device when using the Software or other products and services provided by Mobile Banking), and you agree to be solely responsible for all such fees, limitations and restrictions. You agree that only your mobile service carrier or provider is responsible for its products and services. Accordingly, you agree to resolve any problems with your carrier or provider directly with your carrier or provider without involving us. You also agree that if you have any problems with Mobile Banking, you will contact us directly.

  • SPECIAL AGREEMENTS 38.1 Special agreements and/or job agreements may be negotiated by the parties hereto by mutual consent. If the Union negotiates special agreements for any work covered by this Agreement with any other Employer or Employer Association, all provisions of such agreements shall be made available and apply to any Employer signatory to this Agreement for the specific work and specific area covered by such special Agreement only. A Memorandum of Understanding dated June 1, 2000, is incorporated as a supplement to this Agreement.
