Delivery of Tender/Exchange Documents. The City and the Authority shall cause the Information Agent to deliver to each registered holder of any Target Bonds, to each participant in DTC appearing in the most recently available DTC Target Bonds position listing as a holder of the Target Bonds and to each known holder, as soon as practicable, by electronic delivery, by overnight courier or first class USPS (if deemed adequate) copies of the Tender/Exchange Documents. Thereafter, to the extent practicable until the expiration of the Tender/Exchange Program, the City and the Authority shall direct the Information Agent to cause copies of such material to be mailed to each person who becomes a Bondowner of the Target Bonds. The Dealer Manager shall assist the City and the Authority in disseminating the Tender/Exchange Documents but will not have any obligation to cause copies of the Tender/Exchange Documents to be transmitted generally to the Bondowners of the Target Bonds.
