Exchange Program. 9.13.1.1 A regular faculty member may make written application to the Superintendent/President to participate in a qualified exchange program, as provided in §87422-87424 of Education Code of the State of California. The application may be in the form of a letter or memorandum and shall state: • The nature of the exchange position to be assumed by the applicant • The nature of the cooperating exchange institution that would receive the applicant • The advantages to be accrued to the District and to the applicant • The beginning and ending dates for the exchange • The name and address of the cooperating exchange institution that will enter into an exchange agreement with the District • The name of a contact person at the cooperating exchange institution 9.13.1.2 If the request for an exchange is not granted, the Superintendent/President or designee, within one (1) week, will inform the faculty member in writing of the reasons for the denial. If granted by the District, the leave will be contingent upon the execution of an agreement between the District and the exchange institution conforming to the requirements of §87422, §87423 and §87424 of the Education Code of the State of California. 9.13.1.3 The exchange leave may not exceed one (1) year. The faculty member shall provide the District four (4) full years of service after returning from such a leave before the faculty member is eligible for another exchange leave. An approved exchange leave shall not be considered a break in service. Each year’s service during an approved exchange leave shall be counted as a year of service for annual salary increments and STRS service credit. The participating District faculty member shall enjoy the same health and other employee benefits and receive the same annual contract salary that he or she would enjoy and receive if not participating in the exchange leave. During the period of leave, the faculty member shall provide the District with a current mailing address. Unless other arrangements are agreed to by the District and the faculty member, the District shall mail all paychecks to that address. Upon request of the faculty member, the District shall arrange to make automatic bank deposits for all paychecks.
Exchange Program. Service Provider shall, upon the request of ---------------- Recipient and subject to Service Provider's reasonable discretion and the availability of its personnel, send qualified English-speaking employees from among Service Provider's Content production and technical personnel to Recipient's offices to assist and train Recipient's Trainees. During the time such exchange personnel participate in the aforementioned exchange program, (i) Service Provider shall pay all of their salary and standard Service Provider benefits, and (ii) Recipient shall either pay or reimburse Service Provider for all of their air travel, lodging, local transportation, meals, and other out-of- pocket expenses associated with such travel; provided that such expenses conform to Recipient's general and reasonable policies regarding expenses for its own employees and such arrangement is at least as favorable as any similar arrangement with any JV Affiliate, taking into account any reasonable differences in payment or reimbursement policies due to differences in location. Recipient shall also pay or reimburse Service Provider for reasonable incremental expenses incurred by such exchange personnel as a result of their relocation and travel, including increased cost of living, increased tax burden, or other factors attendant to relocating to a different country.
Exchange Program. As SonoSight's exclusive remedy under the warranty of Section 9.2, ATL shall provide a ninety (90) day exchange of faulty or defective parts in Products delivered under this Agreement. SonoSight shall have the right to exchange a faulty or defective part to ATL for free replacement, provided SonoSight notifies ATL that it is returning a part under this exchange program within ninety (90) days of shipment of the Product. Returns shall utilize ATL's form for return authorization. Each party shall bear the cost of parts shipped to the other under this exchange program.

Exchange Program. In order to minimize end-user time without Handsets in the event of warranty repairs, Seller shall support a Handset exchange program to be administered by PCS Partners or other servicer authorized by Seller and selected by Buyer (PCSP). Such support shall consist of (a) supplying an appropriate number of handsets and standard accessories to PCSP as seed stock sufficient to meet warranty replacement needs, and (b) the payment of fees to PCSP to cover repairs, refurbishing and one way standard ground freight for in-warranty
Exchange Program. 3.1 Beginning in the academic year 2012-2013, subject to the requirements of this Agreement, **** and OSU agree to Exchange Students each academic year. OSU and **** will agree on the number of Exchange Students to be exchanged in any one academic year up to a maximum of 8 semester (16 quarters) places each year. 3.2 Where there are unequal numbers of Exchange Students at either institution during any one academic year (as counted in student instruction-weeks), the number of Exchange Students at each institution shall be adjusted to achieve overall parity in the following year(s). In the event of the termination of this Agreement, the parties will attempt to adjust any imbalance in numbers at the end of the agreement term by having the institution that has sent the greater number of Exchange Students providing sufficient exchange placements in any remaining semester(s) to remedy, as much as is practicable, the imbalance in numbers of Exchange Students exchanged.
Exchange Program. 4.1 WAPA has established separate Exchange Program for the Full Load Service Customer group and the Variable Resource Customer group. A Customer cannot be in both the Full Load Service Customer group and the Variable Resource Customer group at the same time. 4.2 The Exchange Program will take place on a pre-scheduled basis. 4.3 Base Resource power in excess of a Customer’s load in any hour will be distributed by WAPA in the applicable Exchange Program group (Full Load Service or Variable Resource). 4.4 A Customer may choose whether to make purchases from the Exchange Program for its group. Participation in making purchases from the Exchange Program requires a Customer to accept Exchange Program power if it has load in that hour. However, even if a Customer chooses not to participate in making purchases, if that Customer’s Base Resource amount exceeds its load in any hour, the excess will go into the Exchange Program for that Customer’s group for that hour, for use by participating Customers with load not met by Base Resource power in that hour. In other words, the retention of Base Resource in excess of a Customer’s load is mandatory, while participation in making purchases from the Exchange Program is voluntary. 4.5 If a Customer chooses not to make purchases from the Exchange Program, a written notice to that effect must be submitted to WAPA by November 1, 2024. Thereafter, a Customer must submit a written notice to WAPA at least one (1) month prior to changing its participation status; Except if a Customer has elected to make purchases from the Exchange Program and subsequently changes its participation status, the Customer must wait a minimum of one (1) year to again participate in the Exchange Program. Participation status will change on the first day of the month following the required notice period or the minimum one (1) year waiting period. 4.6 A Customer must use its Base Resource power prior to using any other source to meet its load, unless agreed to by WAPA in writing. Exchange Program. The Board shall provide the opportunity to Members to participate in a “job exchange” program in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in this Article. The “job exchange” program include the opportunity for two bargaining unit Members to exchange positions for a period not to exceed twelve (12)months. Written application by the two Members requesting a job exchange assignment shall be submitted to the Members’ Immediate with a copy to the Manager of Human no later than five (5) months prior to the requested start date of the assignment.
