Delivery Quality Clause Samples
The Delivery Quality clause sets standards and requirements for the condition and performance of goods or services provided under a contract. It typically outlines specific criteria that deliveries must meet, such as being free from defects, conforming to agreed specifications, or passing certain inspections upon receipt. By establishing clear expectations for quality, this clause helps prevent disputes over substandard deliveries and ensures that the receiving party obtains products or services that meet their needs.
