Security of Supply. 73.1. The Contractor will maintain security of supply through appropriate and comprehensive risk management of supply chain risks which are reasonably within their control and which may arise due to availability of components, environmental, social or other relevant factors so as to ensure, as much as is possible, security of supply of materials, products or equipment essential to the delivery of the required product/service. In managing risks associated with security of supply, the Contractor(s) will apply appropriate strategies in relation to supply chain management, sourcing, logistics and stock management.
Security of Supply. Upon conclusion of this Storage Customer Framework Agreement, the Storage Customer accepts to abide by the provision of General Terms and Conditions for Gas Transport and Gas Storage Denmarks’s Rules for Gas Storage pertaining to security of supply with respect to any quantities of Natural Gas covered by filling requirements. In particular the Storage Customer accepts that the Storage Facilities are part of Energinet's security supply strategy and that Energinet there- fore has the right to include quantities of Natural Gas owned by the Storage Customer and subject to filling requirements in such security of supply, cf. clause 16 in
Security of Supply. Article 29 The Parties shall, within one year of the date of entry into force of this Treaty, adopt security of supply statements describing in particular diversity of supply, technological security, and geographic origin of imported fuels. The statements shall be communicated to the Secretariat, and shall be available to any Party to this Treaty. They shall be updated every two years. The Secretariat shall give guidance and assistance with respect to such statements.
Article 30 Article 29 does not imply a necessity to change energy policies or purchasing practices.
Security of Supply. 12.1 The parties agree that if a Product to be purchased under this MPA is unique and unobtainable from an alternate source, and that apart from other breaches of this MPA which may give cause to Cisco’s right to injunctive relief, Supplier’s failure to deliver any such unique Product during the term of this MPA will cause Cisco irreparable injury for which there is no adequate remedy at law. Accordingly, for any such Products, Cisco shall be entitled to injunctive relief in the form of an order for specific performance, without the need for posting of a bond, upon Supplier’s failure to deliver Products.

Article 31 The Energy Community shall promote high levels of provision of Network Energy to all its citizens within the limits of the public service obligations contained in the relevant acquis communautaire on energy.
Article 32 For this purpose, the Energy Community may take Measures to:
(a) allow for the universal provision of electricity;
(b) xxxxxx effective demand management policies;
(c) ensure fair competition.
Article 33 The Energy Community may also make Recommendations to support effective reform of the Network Energy sectors of the Parties, including inter alia to increase the level of payment for energy by all customers, and to xxxxxx the affordability of Network Energy prices to consumers.
Security of Supply. If Replidyne has reasonably determined that for security of supply against the risk stipulated in Section 8.1(c) (Failure to Supply Requirements) and 8.1(d) (Force Majeure) it would be necessary or advisable to have alternative sources of the Drug Substance, and Replidyne has consulted with Supplier regarding the basis for such determination, and Supplier has not provided adequate assurances that are satisfactory to Replidyne related to Replidyne’s concerns, then Nisso shall disclose all Manufacturing Technology (excluding, however, the Sensitive Manufacturing Information (defined below)) to Replidyne and/or a Third Party designated by Replidyne for Replidyne’s use in the production of the Drug Substance and the Drug Product only. DSP and Nisso shall assist Replidyne and/or such Third Party designated by Replidyne as reasonably necessary to manufacture the Drug Substance; provided that such assistance shall be at Replidyne’s expense.
Security of Supply. (1) The Parties recognise that security of supply is crucial for the delivery of the Future Submarine, and Australia’s ability to maintain its sovereign operational and sustainment capability of the Future Submarine sufficient for Australia to discharge its foreign and security policy requirements, including in times of peace, crisis or armed conflict.
(2) To this end, France shall not interfere with Australia’s freedom of use of the Future Submarine and shall not hinder its supply chain of Technology necessary for the design, build, delivery, operation and sustainment of the Future Submarine, including in times of peace, crisis or armed conflict.
(3) The Parties shall also inform each other of significant changes proposed to their controlling interests in major industrial entities involved in the FSP. In the event of a change of control of DCNS, France shall continue to ensure that its obligations under this Agreement are met.
(4) Where appropriate, the Parties shall revise existing or conclude new instruments relating to security of supply to ensure implementation of this Article.

Security of Supply. 12.1 The parties agree that the Products to be purchased under this MPA may be unique and unobtainable from an alternate source, and that apart from other breaches of this MPA which may give cause to Cisco’s right to injunctive relief and/or specific performance, Supplier’s failure to deliver any such unique Products will cause Cisco irreparable injury for which there is no adequate remedy at law. Supplier shall maintain an upside flexibility within a quarter based on rolling forecast as specified in Section 2.3 of this MPA.
Security of Supply. 17.1 The Service Provider will maintain security of supply through appropriate and robust management of supply chain risks, which are reasonably within their control, and which may arise due to availability of components, environmental, social or other relevant factors.
17.2 The Service Provider will work with the Authority, to map the full end-to-end supply chain and identify and prioritise supply chain initiatives throughout the life of the framework agreement.
