Security of Supply. 73.1. The Contractor will maintain security of supply through appropriate and comprehensive risk management of supply chain risks which are reasonably within their control and which may arise due to availability of components, environmental, social or other relevant factors so as to ensure, as much as is possible, security of supply of materials, products or equipment essential to the delivery of the required product/service. In managing risks associated with security of supply, the Contractor(s) will apply appropriate strategies in relation to supply chain management, sourcing, logistics and stock management.
Security of Supply. Article 29 The Parties shall, within one year of the date of entry into force of this Treaty, adopt security of supply statements describing in particular diversity of supply, technological security, and geographic origin of imported fuels. The statements shall be communicated to the Secretariat, and shall be available to any Party to this Treaty. They shall be updated every two years. The Secretariat shall give guidance and assistance with respect to such statements.
Security of Supply. Upon conclusion of this Storage Customer Framework Agreement, the Storage Customer accepts to abide by the provision of General Terms and Conditions for Gas Transport and Gas Storage Denmarks’s Rules for Gas Storage pertaining to security of supply with respect to any quantities of Natural Gas covered by filling requirements. In particular the Storage Customer accepts that the Storage Facilities are part of Energinet's security supply strategy and that Energinet there- fore has the right to include quantities of Natural Gas owned by the Storage Customer and subject to filling requirements in such security of supply, cf. clause 16 in

If Replidyne has reasonably determined that for security of supply against the risk stipulated in Section 8.1(c) (Failure to Supply Requirements) and 8.1(d) (Force Majeure) it would be necessary or advisable to have alternative sources of the Drug Substance, and Replidyne has consulted with Supplier regarding the basis for such determination, and Supplier has not provided adequate assurances that are satisfactory to Replidyne related to Replidyne’s concerns, then Nisso shall disclose all Manufacturing Technology (excluding, however, the Sensitive Manufacturing Information (defined below)) to Replidyne and/or a Third Party designated by Replidyne for Replidyne’s use in the production of the Drug Substance and the Drug Product only. DSP and Nisso shall assist Replidyne and/or such Third Party designated by Replidyne as reasonably necessary to manufacture the Drug Substance; provided that such assistance shall be at Replidyne’s expense.
Security of Supply. 12.1 The parties agree that if a Product to be purchased under this MPA is unique and unobtainable from an alternate source, and that apart from other breaches of this MPA which may give cause to Cisco’s right to injunctive relief, Supplier’s failure to deliver any such unique Product during the term of this MPA will cause Cisco irreparable injury for which there is no adequate remedy at law. Accordingly, for any such Products, Cisco shall be entitled to injunctive relief in the form of an order for specific performance, without the need for posting of a bond, upon Supplier’s failure to deliver Products.

Xxxxxxxxx summarized WKP's position at T. 572 as follows: "The sale of surplus power agreement and the consolidated agreement provided cheap power to West Kootenay, but they did not do so on a firm basis after 1990 except on the limited and qualified terms of the five-year rolling nominations as summarized in Exhibit 2, Tab 1, page 1. In the result West Kootenay could not depend upon cheap Cominco power without back-up and was forced to nominate the more expensive power from B.C. Hydro based on its best guess of Cominco's needs for its own industrial loads." Xx. X.X. Xxxxxxx, representing Cominco, stated in argument: "A public utility that provides service to residential and commercial customers, such as West Kootenay, must provide firm service and have available firm resources to meet the requirements of its customers. Firm resources should be available for the long term." (T. 595) There was unanimous support for the underlying principle that a public utility must develop or acquire adequate resources to accommodate the demand placed on its system.
Security of Supply. Where a country is a net importer of energy, renewable power improves the host government’s ability to ensure a secure supply of electricity by reducing its dependence on foreign fuel supplies.

(1) The Parties recognise that security of supply is crucial for the delivery of the Future Submarine, and Australia’s ability to maintain its sovereign operational and sustainment capability of the Future Submarine sufficient for Australia to discharge its foreign and security policy requirements, including in times of peace, crisis or armed conflict.
