Delivery through Reporting Service. As to any Beneficiary, delivery of Applicable Reporting to a Reporting Service (without separate delivery to such Beneficiary pursuant to the Notice Schedule, taking into account any updated instructions delivered by such Beneficiary pursuant thereto) will be deemed delivery to such Beneficiary if, and only to the extent, expressly agreed or instructed in writing by such Beneficiary in connection with the engagement or use of such Reporting Service.
