Delta Legacy Products. To the extent any Delta Legacy Products are, as of the date of this Agreement, used by Ultra in the conduct of the Ultra Business, Ultra shall have the right to use such Delta Legacy Products only in accordance with the Commercial License Agreement.

Delta Legacy Products.
