Common use of Demand Letter Clause in Contracts

Demand Letter. Upon a finding that ▇▇▇▇▇▇ has failed to comply with any of the obligations described in Section X.A and after determining that Stipulated Penalties are appropriate, OIG shall notify ▇▇▇▇▇▇ of: (a) ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ failure to comply; and‌
