Common use of Demilitarization Clause in Contracts

Demilitarization. The Buyer shall, at its own expense, demilitarize Ordnance Equipment (Military Equipment) aboard the Obsolete Vessel described in Exhibit 2 (List of Ordnance Equipment) hereof, and any other property classified as Ordnance Equipment (Military Equipment) not specifically designated but which requires demilitarization, not later than the end of the Contract Period of Performance, or any extension thereof under ARTICLE XVII.
