DEMISED DESCRIPTION. Landlord does hereby lease to Tenant, and Tenant does hereby lease from Landlord those properties comprised of approximately 220,468 rentable square feet, more particularly described in Exhibit "N" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (the "Premises"). The final determination of the rentable square feet in the Premises shall be determined by Landlord's architect and the same shall be used for all computations involving square footage under this lease.
