Common use of Demised Premises and Date of Lease Clause in Contracts

Demised Premises and Date of Lease. Lessor has leased to Lessee, and Lessee has leased from Lessor, for the Term (as hereinafter defined), certain real property and other property located in ________________, which is described in the attached Schedule 1 (the "Property"), pursuant to the terms of a Lease Agreement between Lessor and Lessee dated as of March 30, 1998 (as such may be amended, modified, extended, supplemented, restated and/or replaced from time to time, "Lease") and a Lease Supplement No. _____ between Lessor and Lessee dated as of ______________ (the "Lease Supplement").
