Demolition of Landlord's Building. If Landlord's Building shall be so substantially damaged that it is reasonably necessary, in Landlord's sole judgment, to demolish same for the purpose of reconstruction, Landlord may demolish the same, in which event the Rental shall be abated to the same extent as if the Premises were rendered untenantable by a Casualty.
