Common use of Demolition of Landlord's Building Clause in Contracts

Demolition of Landlord's Building. If the Building shall be so substantially damaged that it is reasonably necessary, in Landlord's sole judgment, to demolish same for the purpose of reconstruction, Landlord may demolish the same, in which event Rent shall be abated to the same extent as if the Premises were rendered untenantable by a Casualty.

Demolition of Landlord's Building. If the Landlord's Building shall be so substantially damaged that it is reasonably necessary, in Landlord's sole judgment, to demolish same for the purpose of reconstruction, Landlord may demolish the same, in which event Rent the Rental shall be abated to the same extent as if the Premises were rendered untenantable by a Casualty.

If the Landlord’s Building shall be so substantially damaged that it is reasonably necessary, in Landlord's sole ’s judgment, to demolish same such Building for the purpose of reconstruction, Landlord may demolish the same, in which event Rent the Lease shall be abated terminate and the Landlord shall return to the same extent as if Tenant all rents and/or security deposits, and/or other monies paid but unused for any part of the Premises were rendered untenantable by a Casualtyunused term.

If In addition to Landlord's termination rights described in Section 14.2, if Landlord's Building or the Building individual building in which the Premises are located shall be so substantially damaged that it is reasonably necessary, in Landlord's sole judgment, to demolish same for the purpose of reconstruction, Landlord may demolish the same, in which event Rent the Rental shall be abated to the same extent as if the Premises were rendered untenantable by a CasualtyCasualty .
