Common use of Demonstration of Satisfactory Performance Clause in Contracts

Demonstration of Satisfactory Performance. A positive case shall be made that the candidate has performed the candidate's duties satisfactorily, according to approved criteria and standards, before tenure is granted. A failure to demonstrate unsatisfactory performance shall not be sufficient grounds for granting tenure.
