Demonstration Population Clause Samples

The Demonstration Population clause defines the specific group of individuals or entities that will participate in or be affected by a demonstration, pilot, or trial under the agreement. It typically outlines the criteria for inclusion, such as demographic characteristics, geographic location, or other relevant factors, and may set limits on the size or scope of the population involved. By clearly identifying who is included in the demonstration, this clause ensures that both parties have a shared understanding of the scope of the project and helps prevent disputes over eligibility or results.
