Demotion, Termination or Suspension for More than Three (3) Working Days. If the Department Head decides to demote, terminate, or suspend the employee for more than three (3) working days, then the decision of the Department Head shall be submitted as a recommendation to the City Manager and will not become effective unless and until it is ratified and so ordered by the City Manager.
