DENIAL OF ANY LIABILITY. The Company denies any liability to Employee. The Parties agree that this Agreement may not be used as evidence; does not constitute an adjudication or finding on the merits; and is not, and shall not be construed as, an admission by the Company of a breach of any contract or agreement; a violation of the Company’s policies and procedures; or a violation of any state or federal laws or regulations. After execution (including signatures by both Employee and the Company), this Agreement may be introduced in evidence to enforce its terms.
