Common use of DENIAL OF SECURITY CLEARANCE Clause in Contracts

DENIAL OF SECURITY CLEARANCE. If an employee is assigned to a work area that requires a security clearance or NAC and is denied the security clearance or NAC, the employee shall be allowed to exercise his transfer rights, seniority permitting, under Section 35.7, 35.8 or 35.9. If unable to transfer under Section 35.7, 35.8 or 35.9, he shall be able to exercise his displacement options under Section 4.7.
