Denominational Hospitals. For the purpose of interpreting this Agreement, nothing in this Agreement is intended to, and this Agreement will not be interpreted to, unjustifiably, as determined under section 1 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, require a Hospital with a denominational mission to provide a service or to perform a service in a manner that is contrary to the denominational mission of the Hospital.

Denominational Hospitals. For the purpose of interpreting this Agreement, nothing in this Agreement is intended to, and this Agreement shall not be interpreted to, require a Hospital with a denominational mission to provide a service or to perform a service in a manner that is not consistent with the denominational mission of the Hospital.

  • National Shopping Goods estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent per contract, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of national shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.

  • Denomination The Notes will initially be issued as Book-Entry Notes. The Notes will be issued in minimum denominations of $1,000 and in multiples of $1,000. However, one Note of each Class may be issued in a different amount if it exceeds the minimum denomination for the Class.
