Common use of Dental Appointment Clause in Contracts

Dental Appointment. An employee who is compelled to arrange a medical or dental appointment during working hours shall be allowed to meet such appointment without loss of pay, provided the employee is not absent from work longer than the period necessary to attend the appointment, up to a maximum period not longer than four (4) hours. Such employee will not be required to make up the time spent away from work to keep the appointment.
