The College shall provide dental insurance option(s) at 80/20 coverage equal to the faculty plan offerings of each benefit year for all full time unit employees and their eligible dependents. B. Option-out Coverage, employee entitled to $150 cash rebate, divided by 26 pays, paid to the employee on a bi-weekly basis.
